12-14 Wages 50th Anniversary

The family of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Wages celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to Estes Park, Colo. and were later honored with a dinner party. Mr. Wages married the former Del Frieda Fincher on Dec. 6, 1958 in Palestine at Walston Springs Baptist Church. He is retired from Anderson County Sheriff Department and she is retired from Palestine School District. They have two sons, Randy Wages of Palestine and Stan Wages and wife, Chastity of Bullard. The couple has four grandchildren.
