Sweet Dreams Winery, located near Elmwood, recently won a silver medal from the Florida Grape Growers Association’s Florida State Fair 2008 International Wine and Grape Juice Competition. The local winery’s 2007 Blackberry Grape Wine received a silver medal in the competition’s International Division. It was the second time the wine has won an award, the first time coming in an international amateur competition with Winemaker Magazine.
