• Jose and Kasey Milligan Sanchez announce the birth of identical twin daughters, Zoey Elizabeth and Natalie Grace, on Jan. 22,at Christus Schumphert Hospital in Shreveport, La. Grandparents are Roger and Elvira  Sanchez of Palestine and Dr. Edward and Laura Milligan of Shreveport, La.
