BREAKING NEWS: Third suspect in Mr. D's robbery turns self in

The third suspect in last month's robbery of a local convenience store has been arrested after turning himself in at the Anderson County Jail Monday night.
Jhamerrick Milton, 19, of Palestine was accompanied by his mother when he turned himself in at the jail around 6 p.m. Monday, according to authorities.
Milton becomes the third person arrested in connection with the Aug. 19 early morning robbery of Mr. D's convenience store at 3209 W. Oak St. during which a 62-year-old store clerk was shot in the face with a .22-caliber rifle, according to local police.
Within days of the incident, John Nicholas Hicks and Anthony Robert Mrdjenovich, both 17 and students at Westwood High School, were arrested and charged in connection with the robbery.
Police had been seeking Milton for the past month prior to Monday's arrest.
The store clerk, Fred Robinson, was hospitalized for several days at a Tyler hospital following the shooting, but has been discharged.
As of late Tuesday afternoon, all three suspects remained in the Anderson County Jail.
