8-31 Cayuga ISD School Happenings

MIDDLE SCHOOL

• Box Tops — Cayuga Middle School is collecting BOX TOPS for Education. Please send box tops to Mrs. Griffey. Grades are competing. The winning class will receive a pizza party at the end of 1st semester.

• New School Year — Cayuga Middle School is off to a smooth start. All of CMS faculty and staff members returned from last year. This helped students as they arrived at school on the first day. Please check our school's website for calendar of extra-curricular events and schedule at www.cayuga.esc7.net

• Student Council — It is time to elect a new Student Council for the 2008-09 school year and here is the schedule as follows. All applications must be turned in by Tuesday; member elections will be held on Wednesday; first official meeting will be held Thursday. Mrs. Daniel will be the Student Council sponsor again this year. We are looking forward to another busy but fun year. A special thanks goes out to last year’s sixth and seventh grade members who volunteered to help with Thursday nights' MS volleyball concession stand!
