The following items were selected from reports provided by the Palestine Police Department:

Fri., June 26

• 12 a.m. — Theft between $50 and $500, 1000 block W. Palestine Ave., complainant said a white male took $80 from the cash register and fled.

• 9:54 a.m. — Possession of drug paraphernalia, 800 block Green St., subject was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

• 10:40 a.m. — Duty on striking unattended vehicle, 2100 block Crockett Rd., complainant reported that an older model white pickup truck struck her vehicle as the pickup was backing out of a restaurant parking lot.

• 12 p.m. — Graffiti (less than $500), 300 block E. Spring St., complainant reported graffiti on the side of the building at a meat market.

Sat., June 27

• 12 a.m. — Theft under $50 with previous conviction, misdemeanor warrant service, 2200 block S. Loop 256, officer was dispatched to location in reference to a Class C theft that had occured. Officer issued a Class C packet to the store for one of the offenders and arrested the other offender for theft and warrants.

• 12 a.m. — Burglary of a building, 400 block W. Palestine Ave., three juveniles were detained for burglary of a building and transported to Juvenile Detention Center.

• 12 a.m. — Assault by physical contact (family violence), interference with an emergency call, Conway St., the offender pushed and choked the victim and also grabbed the victim’s telephone as she was calling the police.

• 1:18 a.m. — Public intoxication with three prior convictions, burglary of a vehicle with two or more prior convictions, 400 block S. Magnolia St., subject was arrested for public intoxications but was subsequently charged with burglary of a vehicle.

• 1:34 a.m. — Burglary of a vehicle, 500 block N. Sycamore St., complainant stated that an unknown offender broke into her vehicle and stole her Pioneer CD player.

• 7 a.m. — Burglary of a vehicle, 100 block Trinity Ct., victim reported the burglary of her vehicle.

• 3 p.m. — Burglary of a vehicle, 2000 block Crockett Rd., victim reported burglary of a vehicle.

• 10 p.m. — Criminal mischief between $50 and $500, 2300 block W. Oak St., victim reported damage to his vehicle caused by an unknown black male.

• 10:20 p.m. — Terroristic threat of a family/household, criminal mischief between $50 and $500, W. Lacy St., complainant reported that the suspect threatened to harm her and also reported that two windows were broken.

Sun., June 28

• 12:55 a.m. — Evading arrest/detention, 1200 block Lamar St., man was arrested for evading arrest/detention.

• 4:41 a.m. — Evading arrest/detention, 1600 block Court Dr., conducted traffic stop on a 1994 Chevy S-10 for speeding and the driver ran from the scene. Vehicle was towed.

• 7 a.m. — Criminal mischief between $50 and $500, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, 900 N. Jackson St., complainant reported that the suspect struck her vehicle with a baseball bat, causing damage.

• 7 a.m. — Runaway, Royall St., complainant reported her daughter as a runaway.

• 2:22 p.m. — Theft between $50 and $500, 800 block Dye St., complainant reported that a possibly known offender removed an electrical box from his residence without consent.

• 4:38 p.m. — Criminal trespass, 2000 block Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., man was arrested for criminal trespassing at apartments.

• 5:10 p.m. — Assault causing bodily injury (family violence), 1900 block S. Sycamore St., both parties stated that one was assaulted by the other.

• 11 p.m. — Public intoxication, 4000 block S. Loop 256, man was arrested for public intoxication.

Mon., June 29

• 12 a.m. — Injury to a child/elderly/disabled person with intent to cause bodily injury, 200 block Clay St., complainant reported being assaulted.

• 1:02 a.m. — Criminal mischief between $50 and $500, 1100 block Fort St., complainant reported that a suspect had knocked out three windows at his residence.

• 1:54 a.m. — Assault causing bodily injury (family violence), 200 block Gillespie Rd., complainant reported that the suspect had hit her in the face.

• 7 a.m. — Assault causing bodily injury (family violence), 1500 block S. Loop 256, man was arrested for assault causing bodily injury (family violence).

• 11:54 p.m. — Theft under $50, 300 block E. Spring St., complainant reported a theft at a store.
