— Kimberly Nicole Fowler of Hutto, daughter of Jerry and Ann Fowler of Hutto and formerly of Palestine, will be married Aug. 29 to Michael Ray Powers of Port O’Connor, son of the late Emma Powers and Billie Powers of Port O’Connor. The wedding will be on the beach at Port O’Connor. Kimberly is the granddaughter of the late Thomas M. Colley, formerly of Palestine and Margaret W. Colley of McAllen and formerly of Palestine.
