Payne-Baker engagement

Lisa Michelle Payne of Kemah, daughter of Tommy and Brenda Payne of Grapeland, will be married Oct. 3 to Todd Collins Baker, son of David and Frances Baker of Crockett. The wedding will be at First Baptist Church of Crockett. Grandparents are Marilyn Herod Johnston of Palestine and the late M.E. “Buckshot” Johnston; Leland and Sue Payne of Franklin, La., the late Billie Jean Gill and the late James Jordan. The prospective groom is the grandson of Corine Turner Collins of Crockett and the late Denny Collins Jr. and the late Robert and Elizabeth Baker of Media, Pa.
