Champagne Hibiscus Cocktail
2 champagne glasses
2 tablespoons brandy
2 hibiscus flowers
1 bottle sparkling wine
Chill glasses in the freezer. Place a flower in the bottom of each glass. Pour a tablespoon of brandy into each glass. Fill slowly with champagne. Serve immediately and be sure to eat the flower too!
