Palestine police officers direct traffic at the intersection of N. Link Street and Loop 256 Thursday morning after storms knocked out power to traffic signals. According to the National Weather Service in Fort Worth, the threat for thunderstorms continues today and Saturday with highs in the upper 90s and lows in the upper 70s.
