Allie Christina Miller and Bryan Andrew Adams were married April 6 at Thymes Square in historic Old Town Spring. The ceremony was officiated by the Rev. Danny Rodriquez of Palestine.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Tina Miller of Houston. She is the granddaughter of Thomas Jr. and Anne Miller and Joyce Alston, all of Houston.
The groom is the son of Johnie and Robin Adams of Palestine. He is the grandson of Mrs. Jenell McNeill of Palestine and the late Carroll McNeill and the late Milton and Maxine Adams.
Escorted by her father, the bride wore an ivory, all over beaded, lace trumpet with an empire waist wedding gown. The bride used the veil that her mother wore in her own wedding. She carried a bouquet of white roses and white oriental lilies.
Serving as maids of honor were Kirby and Madison Miller, sisters of the bride, of Houston. Bridesmaids include Sarah Steadman of Houston, Allie Harrilchak of Tomball and Kayla Robinson of Conroe.
Flower girls were Ivy Rucker, cousin of the bride, of Montgomery and Jayli Matsche, cousin of the groom, of Palestine.
The bridesmaids each wore a different styled, flowing crinkled silk chiffon dress in a pale garden green. They carried bouquets of white roses, white stock and limonium.
Serving as best man were Joe Rucker of Montgomery and Matt Johnson of Tyler.
Groomsmen included Nolan Miller, brother of the bride, of Houston; Matthew Adams, brother of the groom, of Palestine; Jacob Hodde of Fort Worth; Joe Boring of Youngsville, La.; Josh Schlotte and Josh Rucker both of Conroe.
Ushers were Cody Harris and Max Henderson of Palestine and Eli Schlotte of Conroe.
Ring bearers were Eli and Isaac Drew, cousins of the groom, of Palestine.
A dinner and dance hosted by the bride’s parents followed the ceremony. It was held at the historic Wunsche Brothers Café and Saloon where the guests enjoyed a country style buffet. Live music and entertainment was provided by the Griffin Swank Band and Zach Drew.
Parents of the groom hosted a rehearsal dinner the evening before the ceremony at Lupe Tortilla.
Following a week long honeymoon at the Hard Rock Hotel in the Dominican Republic, the couple will reside in The Woodlands.
The bride is a 2005 graduate of Memorial High School and a 2010 graduate of the University of Houston with a degree in English Literature.
The groom is a 2001 graduate of Palestine Christian School and a 2003 graduate of Trinity Valley Community College. He is employed as Hydrographic Surveyor with Fugro Chance Inc.
