Champions for Children's Polar Express set

Tickets are now on sale for the Anderson County Champions for Children’s 6th annual Polar Express.

The Polar Express event is scheduled for Nov. 6-7. The train will start boarding at 5 p.m. and will depart for the North Pole at 5:30 p.m.

Ticket prices remain the same at $25 for children 2 to 12 years old, $35 for 12 years and older, and children under 2 years must be held on lap and travel free. There is one climate controlled car for an additional $5 per ticket. This luxury is available on a first come first serve basis. There are only 90 seats on this car.

A will call window will be set up the day of the event at the Palestine train depot of the Texas State Railroad, or you may send a stamped self-addressed legal size envelope and we will mail your tickets to you.

Funds raised will support the many services offered by Anderson County Champions for Children. The quality of early childhood education in our community and neighboring counties is enhanced and improved  for children, families and childcare providers though the efforts of our organization. Additional information about Anderson County Champions for Children can be requested or seen on the web site at www.andersoncountychampions.com.
