The 76th Annual Dogwood Trails Festival is set to do just that while welcoming the dogwood season from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 22 in historic downtown Palestine.

Palestine woman killed after being struck by vehicle
A Palestine woman died from injuries she sustained at the scene when she was struck by a vehicle Monday afternoon on U.S. 287/Texas 19 South, about a half mile from the Palestine city limits.
