Karate academy holds camp

Shorin Ryu Karate Academy will be hosting its annual summer camp July 22-24.

All former students are welcome to attend. We also want to invite students of all style to attend. This camp also is open to all instructors who are interested in learning the application of the techniques we will be covering in the old katas of Okinawa, Japan, both empty hand and weapons.

This year’s camp also will focus on fighting techniques and self-defense both empty hand and weapon disarms.

We will be teaching haganah, the fighting techniques of the Isreali Army. Please note that all participants for this training must be 16 years old. Reserve your place ASAP as space may be limited.
