Paul Darren Rohne

Services for Paul Darren Rohne, 40, of Palestine will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Bailey & Foster Chapel, Palestine with the Rev. Tom Grissom and Dr. Tom Haygood officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. at Rock Church Cemetery in Cranfills Gap, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.

Mr. Rohne died Tuesday at his residence.

He was born May 20, 1968 in Amarillo to Anthony (Tony) Darryl Rohne and Patsy Kay McAdams Gage.

Mr. Rohne graduated from Palestine High School and from the University of Texas. He was self employed as a landman. He was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church.

Mr. Rohne is survived by his parents, father and stepmother Tony and Joan Rohne of Palestine, mother and stepfather Patsy and Don Gage of Palestine; a daughter, Amberly Nix and husband Matt of Palestine; and a sister, Gina Tidwell and husband Mark of Laneville; two grandchildren, Mattison Nix and Bryson Nix.

Pallbearers will be Antonio Chavez, Robert Holcomb, Matt Nix, Mark Tidwell, Chris Balliet and Tim Lewis.

Condolence calls will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to a charity of choice or to Rock Church Cemetery, P.O. Box 148, Cranfills Gap, Texas 76637.
