Bernilda “B.B.” (Trevino) Wilson 61, made her transition on March 28th 2009 from a very valiant 10 year battle with breast cancer. Bernilda currently lived in Birmingham Ala. with her son Ron Johnson. She will be laid to rest in Alabama.
She was preceded in death by husbands, Leonard Wilson and Ronnie Johnson. She is survived by two sons, Ronnie Jr. and Robin Johnson.
Living a great portion of her life in Palestine Texas, Bernilda was the daughter of Arcadio Trevino and resided at 202 Magnolia for many years in the 1960s and 1970s. She never forgot Palestine and in the last weeks of her life recounted life there fondly. She loved the Dogwood Trails and when still living in Tyler saw them every year.
She was much loved and will be sorely missed.
