Services for Wilma Mae Kneisler, 86, of Houston will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Bailey & Foster Chapel in Palestine with the Rev. David Bergman officiating. Burial will follow in Palestine City Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.
Mrs. Kneisler died Tuesday at Regency Village Nursing Home in Webster, Texas.
She was born Oct. 29, 1921 in Ben Wheeler to William Luther and Wilma Mae Matthews Choate.
Mrs. Kneisler retired from Hughes Tool Company where she worked as a keypunch operator for many years. She was a member of Park Place Lutheran Church in Houston. She also worked as a volunteer for the Women’s Auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Mrs. Kneisler was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Joseph D. Jobe; and her second husband, O.J. Kneisler.
She is survived by her son, Ronney Jobe and wife Sharon of Houston; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Family members will serve as pallbearers.
Condolence calls will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.
