Graveside services and interment for Laura Beth Holley Hevelka, 91, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Oakwood Cemetery in Oakwood. A memorial service for Mrs. Hevelka will be held at 12:15 p.m. Sunday, April 13 at First Christian Church, 1601 Sunset in Houston with Dr. Michael T. Dunn officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons in Houston.
Mrs. Hevelka died Sunday in Houston.
She was born April 24, 1916 to D. M. Holley and Daisy Holley in Oakwood.
Mrs. Hevelka was a graduate of Sam Houston State University and attended the University of Houston. She was a member of the Shell Wives Club, First Christian Church and active in the Christian Women’s Fellowship.
Mrs. Hevelka is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Robert A. Hevelka of Houston.
