George Henry Warner

Services for George Henry Warner, 48, were at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Robert L. Bailey officiating. Burial followed at Cedar Creek Cemetery in Elkhart.

Mr. Warner was born on Feb. 6, 1961 in Corpus Christi. Later on he settled down in Elkhart where he worked 14 years with Comcast Cable. His hobbies were Karaoke, chess and golf. A devoted Christian, he attended The Carpenter’s House Church of God. After a battle with cancer, on April 18, 2009 a great man got his wings. Now in Heaven holding his son, George Warner Jr., with his mother Rose Ellis, his dads R.R. Ellis and Levi Warner and his niece Windy Langdon. He gazes down at the stars singing Karaoke to his wife, Teresa Warner; his sons, Chris Warner, Andrew Warner, Kurtis Luff, Ricky Luff; his daughters, Angela Warner, Breanna Warner, Stacie Munsinger; brothers, Mike Ellis, Don Holliman, Levi Warner; sisters, Frances Souder, Shirley Warner, Rita Langdon, Bessie Miller; 12 grandchildren; family and many friends.

We will honor you with everything you gave us. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the funeral home.
