— Joyce J. McGill left this earthly kingdom on May 5, 2008 to be with her Father in heaven. She was a member of the Crockett Road Church of Christ. Joyce will be truly missed by her family and friends who knew and loved her.
Joyce was predeceased by her mother and father; daughter, Paula J. McGill; and son, Alvin McGill.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Alvin McGill; sons, Larry S. McGill and wife Judy of Tennessee and Michael R. McGill and wife Donna of Baytown; daughter, Donna K. Thomas and husband Tony of California; along with seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial services are pending with arrangements under the direction of Herrington/Land of Memory Funeral Home, Palestine.
