Teresa Burris

Memorial services for Teresa Burris, 55, of Palestine will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Rock Church Cemetery with Brent Trahan officiating.

Mrs. Burris died Wednesday at Palestine Regional Medical Center.

She was born July 16, 1953 in Palestine to Billy and Louise McCreary Steadman. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

Mrs. Burris was preceded in death by her father; and a daughter, Shelley Burris.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Henry E. Burris of Palestine; mother, Louise McCreary Steadman of Longview; daughter, Jacklyn Burris of Palestine; son, David Alan Burris of Palestine; sister, Shenna Butler of Longview; brother, Keith Steadman of Palestine; four grandchildren, Isaiah Burris, Alexis Washington, Zachery Burris and Dominique Mickens.
