Mrs. W.A. "Tunzel" Wylie

Graveside services for Mrs. W.A. “Tunzel” Wylie, 85, of Brownwood and formerly of Palestine will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rock Church Cemetery with Jimmy Dickey officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.

Mrs. Wylie died Tuesday at the Care Nursing Center, Brownwood.

She was born Jan. 14, 1923 in Anderson County to Brance and Corenia Jones Hogan. Mrs. Wylie had worked as a manager for Jeanell's Clothing Store.

Mrs. Wylie was preceded in death by her parents, husband William Alonzo Wylie in 1977; a son, Robert Wylie; and two sisters, Melba Reed and Jane Stewart.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Reed of Palestine; a daughter-in-law, Sandra Wylie of May; and 11 grandchildren.

Condolence calls will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.
