Bobby Frank Gibson

Graveside services for Bobby Frank Gibson, 63, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Noonday Cemetery with Max Martin officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of McCoy Funeral Home, Palestine.

Mr. Gibson was born June 5, 1945 in Tyler to Wiley Gibson and Leta McKinney Gibson.

He was employed as a truck driver by the Coker Trucking Company of Palestine, retiring after 25 years.

Mr. Gibson was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Judy Thurman; and brothers, Charles Gibson, Samuel Gibson and J.B. Gibson.

He is survived by his companion of nine years, Robbie Dunbar; sisters, Burla Massey, Laverne Davis, Donna York and Sherry Dunklin; brothers, James, Paul and Jimmy Gibson; children, Angela Coleman and husband Danny, and Stacy Gibson and wife Lorna; grandchildren, Haley, Abbie, Mandy, Shelby, Devon, Marina, Trevor and Makenzi; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family will receive condolences from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
