Joanne Fincher

Services for Joanne Fincher, 74, of Palestine will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Broyles Chapel Baptist Church with the Rev. Willie Reagan officiating. Burial will be in Broyles Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home.

Mrs. Fincher died Friday at the David E. Foster Hospice Unit at Palestine Regional Medical Center.

She was born Aug. 12, 1933 in Houston to Orville Ray and Vernie Hendon Ray.

Mrs. Fincher was a Baptist. She had been employed at Four Pines Community Water and prior to that, she had worked and retired from Flournoy Furniture Company.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a husband, Henry Fincher, in 1988.

Mrs. Fincher is survived by one daughter and two sons.

Members of Broyles Chapel Baptist Church will serve as pallbearers.

Condolence calls will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Broyles Chapel Baptist Church.
