Clarence Waller

Services for Clarence Waller, 96, of Elkhart will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Bailey & Foster Chapel with the Rev. Barney Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Guiceland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.

Mr. Waller died Wednesday at Elkhart Oaks Nursing Home.

He was born Feb. 19, 1912 in Wichita Falls to Mack and Nora Bishop Waller.

Mr. Waller was a self-employed farmer. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Elkhart.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Omie Faye Waller, in 2005; his daughter, Martha Stafford; and a sister, Gracie Gee.

Mr. Waller is survived by his son, Mack Waller of Albuquerque, N.M.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Condolence calls will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.
