Terry Dale Welch
Funeral services for Terry Dale Welch, 68, of Frankston will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Frankston with the Rev. Grover Talbert officiating.
Services are under the direction of Autry Funeral Home, Frankston.
Mr. Welch passed away Thursday in Tyler.
He was born June 8, 1941 in Noonday to Weldon Louvie Welch and Mary Elizabeth Welch.
Mr. Welch was a member of First Baptist Church, Frankston; served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and was a RN.
Mr. Welch loved Southern Gospel music and played the piano and sang.
He was preceded in death by his father, Weldon Louvie Welch; mother, Mary Elizabeth Rhodes, and grandparents.
Mr. Welch is survived by his wife, Nelda Kay Welch of Frankston; sons, Brent Welch and wife Janet of Georgetown and Brennan Welch and wife Nadia of San Juan, Puerto Rico; daughters, Tara Welch of Tyler and Kara Welch of Frankston; sisters, Elizabeth Crow Thompson and husband Dennis of Van and Delores Hopkins of Picayune, Miss.; brothers, Jack Welch and wife Darlene of Plant City, Fla. and Gail Welch of Palestine; seven grandchildren: Walker, Wyatt, Seth, Kelsey, Caleb, Kala and Althea; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Burks, Travis King, David Brown, Dennis Collier, Michael Collier, Michael Cooper, Nickey Crow and Bill Hyde.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Autry Funeral Home, Frankston.
