James Harold Black Jr.

James Harold Black Jr., 65, of Deer Park passed away Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009 at a Pasadena hospital. He was born Aug. 12, 1944 in Houston to James H. Black and Laura Davis Black.

At the family’s request, Mr. Black has been cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were under the direction of Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.

He is survived by his parents, James and Paula Black of Palestine; brother, Ronald Lee Black of Deer Park; special friend, Deb Zook of Deer Park.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Laura Maybelle Davis Black; and brothers, Donald Earl Black and Richard Thomas Black.
