Mattie A. Tillis Goodwill



Services for Mattie A. Tillis Goodwill of Houston, and formerly of Palestine, will be at noon Saturday at New Jerusalem Primitive Baptist Church, 814 Spencer St. in Palestine. A wake will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Gospel Truth Baptist Church, 4207 Simsbrook in Houston. Arrangements are under the direction of Jackson Community Funeral Home in Waxahachie.

Mrs. Goodwill died Oct. 23.

She is survived by a sister, Joyce Jean Busby; daughter, Melissa Powell (Wayne); three grandchildren; and niece, Wanda Anderson.
