Funeral arrangements for Lisa Lynn Arnold, 41, of Elkhart are pending at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.

Miss Arnold died Tuesday.



Linda Ann Moseley Gilmore

Linda Ann Moseley Gilmore was touched by the Angel of Peace on September 14, 2007. She was born on June 10, 1954 in Palestine Anderson County, Texas to proud parents Howard Jerome and Marie Lacey Moseley. She graduated with honors from A.M. Story High School. She became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., Eta Delta Chapter at Texas Women’s University. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from North Texas State University in Denton, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Jerome Moseley.

She is survived by her loving and faithful daughter, Krisina Linaye Gilmore who became a Registered Pharmacist from Texas Southern University; her mother, Marie Moseley Burrell and stepfather, Robert W. Burrell; sister, Jerelean Boyd; and brother, Howard Kenneth Moseley.

A memorial service will be held Friday, September 21, 2007 at 7 p.m. at Carl Barnes Funeral Home in Houston, Texas. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 22, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Christian Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Houston and officiated by the Rev. Donald Lacy. Timothy Lynn “Tim” Turner

Funeral services for Timothy Lynn “Tim” Turner, 42, of Brenham, and formerly of Grapeland, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Charles Pyle, the Rev. Mark Norman and Pastor Davy Hobson officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery in Lovelady under the direction of Callaway-Allee Funeral Home in Crockett.

Mr. Turner passed away Monday in Crockett.

He was born March 7, 1965 in San Jacinto and had been living in Brenham for the past 18 months. He worked as a ranch foreman and horse trainer and was a member of the Texas Rodeo Association.

Mr. Turner is survived by wife, Candace Lynn Turner of Brenham; his precious children, Blake Turner, Dillon Turner, Stratton Turner and Sarah Turner, all of Bullard; children’s mother, Jill Turner of Bullard; step-children, Colby Langston and Rachel Ricks, both of Brenham; parents, Jerry Lynn Turner and Betty Turner of Grapeland; brother, Bill Sexton of Grapeland; sister, Valerie K. Smith and husband, Dr. Frank A. Smith III of Crockett; nieces and nephew, Ryan Pennington of Sugar Land, Morgan Pennington of Fort Worth and Madison Canton of Navasota.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Jeri Turner Canton.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
