Funeral services for Wanda Langston, 74, of Palestine will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Palestine with Dr. Richard Waters officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster, Palestine.
Mrs. Langston passed away Friday at Palestine Regional Medical Center. She was born Nov. 14, 1938 in Paris, Texas. She worked many years in Palestine as an accountant and most recently for G&G Equipment, and was a member of First Baptist Church.
Mrs. Langston was preceded in death by her mother Annis Rodgers.
She is survived by her husband, H.C. Langston of Palestine; daughter, Laurie Jones of Palestine; sons, George Wages Jr. and wife Mitzi of Grand Prairie and Brent Wages and wife Erica of Newport News, Va.; brothers, Billy Dodson of Brownfield and Jerry Dodson of Savannah, Ga.; nine grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Condolence calls will be received from 6:-8 p.m. Tuesday at Bailey & Foster Palestine.
