Seanelle Orr Dice

— Seanelle Orr Dice passed away Feb. 13, 2013, at her home in Tomball, Texas surrounded by her loving family.

Seanelle was born in Pasadena, Texas on Sept. 7, 1968. Her parents are Jim and Retta Orr. As a child, Seanelle and her family moved to Palestine, Texas where she remained for many years.  Seanelle married Guy Dice (formerly of Atlanta, Mich.) on Dec. 6, 1986. Seanelle had worked for Fletcher/Yoder Law Firm of Houston, Texas for over eight years.

Seanelle loved doing all varieties of arts, crafts, creating decorative cakes for her family and friends and gardening. Her most favorite pass time was spending quality time with her family and grandson at their second home in Palestine. Seanelle was a very giving person who took joy in making people feel special.  

Seanelle is survived by her loving husband, Guy; sons, Cody Dice and wife Jenee of Houston, Texas and Brendon Dice of Tomball, Texas; grandson, Mason Dice of Houston, Texas; sister, Tanya Wiggins and husband Dwayne of Cypress, Texas; brother, Chad Orr of Bullard, Texas; parents, Jim and Retta Orr of Palestine, Texas; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Donald and Barbara Dice of Atlanta, Mich.; and many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

Seanelle was preceded in death by her brother, Brent Orr; grandparents, Homer and Verna Miller, Margaret Reese, and Roy Orr; and infant niece, Kari Wiggins.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013, at Herrington/Land of Memory Funeral Home in Palestine.  

Services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at the Evangelistic Temple in Palestine with Jim Orr and Dan Manuel officiating. Seanelle will be laid to rest at  Land of Memory Cemetery in Palestine.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Wiggins, Micah Wiggins, Bradley Orr, Steven Espinosa, Dwayne Wiggins, Michael Dice and Kevin Haynes. Honorary pallbearers will be Johnathon Wiggins, Aaron Haynes, J.T. Cooley and Colton Rainoshek.

Memorials may be made to the Colon Cancer Alliance.
