Margaret Christine Moser passed away Friday, May 30, 2014 in Virginia after a lengthy illness.
She was born Nov. 24, 1924, in Palestine, to Mable and Oscar L. Johnson where she lived the early part of her life.
She was married to Lt. Col. Dewey F. Moser, USA. They lived on the East Coast, Turkey and Japan. They lived and retired in Annadale, Virginia and owned the Moser Art Gallery in Fairfax, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Dr. Oscar L. Johnson Jr. of Lake Jackson; her husband; and son, Jeffrey.
She is survived by her devoted family, a son, Michael Moser; daughter, Kathy Pizcak and husband, Chris Pizcak; grandchildren, Josh Moser, Todd Pizcak and Margaret Carlisi; six great-grandchildren and three nephews. Locally, she is survived by Johnye Kobar and husband, Deacon Alex Kobar.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 12, 2014 at Annadale United Methodist Church, 6935 Columbia Pike, Annandale, Virginia, 22003. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
