— Memorial services for Maggie V. Larsen, 74, of Tennessee Colony, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Crockett Road Church of Christ with Dan Manuel officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Palestine.

Mrs. Larsen died Tuesday at the David E. Foster Hospice Unit at Palestine Regional Medical Center.  

She was born Sept. 9, 1938 in Morgan, Texas to Howard and Bertha McKissick Wood.  

Mrs. Larsen was retired from Walmart, and a member of Crockett Road Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Wanda Wood Guillory; and brother, Howard Barry Wood.  

Mrs. Larsen is survived by her husband, David R. Larsen of Tennessee Colony; daughter, Sheri Sanford and husband Dennis of Nacogdoches; sons, David M. Larsen of Palestine, Chris K. Larsen of Redwood City, Calif., and Scott H. Larsen of Tega Cay, S.C.; stepson, Keith D. Larsen and wife Lynda of Pueblo, Colo.; sisters, Netta Martin of Jefferson, Linda Daniel and husband Jim of New Caney, and Pam Lowery and husband James of Crockett; brother, Frank Wood; sister-in-law, Carol Stone of Portland, Ore.; brother-in-law, Tim Larsen of Grand Rapids, Mich.; 11 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
