Bette Drane Eisenbrown of Wesley Chapel, Fla., passed away on Nov. 4 after a yearlong battle with cancer. Bette was born in Palestine and lived there until 1961. Her parents were Virginia and Clarence Drane of Palestine and Bradenton, Fla.
Bette graduated from Florida State University and was an elementary school teacher until her retirement.
She leaves her husband of 41 years, Donald Eisenbrown; daughter, Alison McComb; son, Brett Eisenbrown; numerous grandchildren, nieces, and a nephew. Bette is also survived by her brother, Charles Drane of Palestine; sisters, Margaret Drane Hase of New Port Richey, Fla., and Sarah Drane Chapman of Lexington, Ky.
