Services for Terry Michael Williams will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jay Abernathy officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster.
Mr. Williams died Saturday at Hospice Homeplace in Tyler.
He was born June 26, 1946 in Kansas City, Mo., to Houston and Norine Kallenberger Williams.
Mr. Williams was a truck driver for 40 years with the last 22 years with Walmart. He was a member of the First Baptist Church. He enjoyed working on old cars and loved being with his family and friends where he was always stirring things up with laughter.
Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Linda Williams of Palestine; four sons, Stephen Williams, James Matthew Williams of Palestine, Terry J. Williams and wife Tarah of Fort Worth and Adam Williams and wife Audrea of Palestine; a sister, Pat Ziegelbauer of Haltom City; five grandchildren, Hannah, Avery, Zoey, Josiah, and Gabrielle.
Pallbearers will be Richard Lay, Jerry Huckbae, Mason Masters, W.C. Masters, Garry Maas and Billy Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Cliff Dengerud, Charles Smith and Dan Calvery.
Condolence calls will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Bailey & Foster Funeral Home, Palestine.
