Memorial services for Coy Douglas Snider, 70, of Buffalo, will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Bailey & Foster Chapel Palestine. Arrangements are under the direction of Bailey & Foster Palestine.
Mr. Snider passed away Wednesday, March 13, at his residence.
He was born April 6, 1942 in Big Spring, to Jesse James Snider and Lucy Gore Snider. He was a diesel mechanic, and served in the Air Force Strategic Air Command during the Vietnam War, and was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Mr. Snider was preceded in death by his parents, son Jeffrey Snider and brother Joyce Snider.
He is survived by his wife Deanna Munson Snider; daughters, Kim Mayhugh of Grapeland, Michele Torrez and husband Jerry of Palestine and Heather Williams and husband Casey of Tucker; son, Greg Snider and wife Twila of Keechi; stepdaughter, Linda Sullivan and husband Jody of Centerville; stepson, Jimmy Burrell of Charlotte, N.C.; sister, Glenda Boykin; and brother, Hank Snider, 15 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and 21 nieces and nephews.
