Kenneth Paul Musick, beloved husband, father, paw-paw and friend, passed away Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013 at his home in Elkhart, joining his beautiful granddaughter, Sara Elizabeth Musick.
He was born March 23, 1955 in Crockett, Texas to Frank and Ruth Musick.
He was a pastor for many years and touched many lives through his ministry. He was a clown and knew how to make you laugh.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Elizabeth “Cissy” Musick; his children, Tamara Burns and husband Vincent of Palestine, Clint Musick of Elkhart, Christy Ham and husband Jerry of Neches, Misty Daniel Bell and husband Brian of Elkhart, Robert Scruggs of Palestine, Christopher Paul Musick of Elkhart, Hillary Padgett and husband Zach of Granger, and Paul Musick of Round Rock; grandchildren, Faith, Hope and James Paul “JP” Benton, Brittany and Morgan Scruggs, Jacob and Jeremiah Ham, Malena Smith and Allison Padgett; five brothers, many in-laws, nieces, nephews, adopted sons, daughter and grandchildren.
He has donated his body to science to help understand and eventually find a cure for Muscular Dystrophy.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013 with Pastors Billy Martin and Elton Musick delivering the eulogy.
