Teodoro Sorto

Teodoro Sorto was born on April 2, 1930 in El Salvador to the parents of Pedro Diaz and Aleja Sorto. He was the second of 11 children.

Teodoro was a Catholic.

He was raised in El Progreso Yoro, Honduras.

Teodoro married Dominina Sorto, this union was blessed with seven children.

He worked for the railroad and later he worked for McDonalds.

On June 22, 2014 in Tyler, Texas, Teodoro left this earth on the wings of angels. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro Diaz and Aleja Sorto.

Those left behind to cherish sweet memories are: wife, Dominina Sorto; three sons, Israel (Glenda) Sorto of Honduras, Ricardo E. (Carmelita) Sorto of Mt. Pleasant, Teodoro Adalid (Irma) Sorto of El Progeso, Yoro; four daughters, Ana Sorto of Honduras, Martha (Marcell) Cheatum of Elkhart, Sayapa (Fernando) Humphrey of Pittsburgh, Texas, and Aleya Yadira (Marci’o) Sorto of Honduras; three brothers, Angel Sorto, G’ustavo Sorto and Virgilio Sorto; four sisters, Concepcion Sorto, Hilda Sorto, Ilvea Sorto and Fidelina Sorto; 25 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
