The Palestine Wildcats won their third straight game, defeating Madisonville 4-1 Friday night in Madisonville.
With the win, Palestine (4-3, 9-11) moves into third place in District 19-3A.
Orlando Estrada pitched the complete game for the win, allowing only five hits. He also was 1-for-3 with a run scored.
Cody Singletary was 2-for-3 with two runs scored; Matt Bablet was 1-for-3 with a run scored; Micah Roe was 1-for-3 with a RBI and Sergio Pizzaro was 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Palestine hosts Mexia Tuesday in the Wildcats’ final home game.
