    Carolyn Salter, Bob McKelvey, Jackson Hanks, Jack Selden, and George Foss all have two things in common. They have all served as mayors of Palestine and they have all made contributions to the UT Tyler Palestine campus expansion campaign — contributions totaling $150,000 to Paving the Way.
