Jonna Rae Weir of Palestine and Clint Everett Satterwhite of Tennessee Colony were married Feb. 14 at the couple’s home of Palestine.
The Rev. Tom Taylor of Cayuga read vows before an altar decorated with Italian ruscus and sheer pink embellishments with a candlelight ambience and the sweet aroma of white hydrangeas, tuberoses, pink carnations, pink tulips, pink roses, sunset heather and bear grass arrangements.
Parents of the bride are the late Leo and Pansy Weir of Palestine, and parents of the groom are Chip and Lorraine Satterwhite of Tennessee Colony.
The bride wore an ivory all-over beaded lace gown with beaded trim and a chiffon cathedral train.
The bride carried a hand tied bouquet of pink tulips, sunset heather, pink stock and looped lily grass French knotted with two tones of pink dew point ribbon.
Following a wedding trip to Princeville, Kavai, the couple will reside in Palestine.
The bride holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin and is employed at Henderson County Appraisal District.
The groom holds an Associates of Applied Science degree from Texas State Technical College and is the owner of Satterwhite Diesel Service.
