I read how our City council wants to resolve into the new year (“Leaders resolve to improve city,” Jan. 2).
But somehow I don't believe their resolutions will matter much more than they have in years past.
You can print this back at them:
I Don't Believe You!
My place is for sale, because it's not about how good your offices look – it's about the people being under-served while you make annual resolutions.
How's that for a wake up on the new year?
Y'all forget about that all year.
Why anyone would want to bring their family here is questionable – and far from what they would be doing a year later, as they pack their boxes to move.
